Now you've done it!! I just went to Amazon and ordered two different Leslie Sansone DVDs. This board has WAY too much influence on me :lol:

I have been walking with Leslie Sansone for years now, her videos are fantastic! They're definitely not just for beginners, although many are great for that. Before my pregnancy I did her 3, 4, or 5 mile walks almost everyday. Now my energy level only lets me do 1-2 miles a day, but I still love getting the movement in.
