I have it because it's easier and faster than email, and most of my friends/family use it. I do have privacy settings and I don't put any personal information on there. There are many warnings online regarding the do's and don'ts of FB use and I try to follow those.

No Facebook, no My Space, and no Twitter! This board is where my interests lie!

I have FB.......But I use the "Friends Only" and then I am VERY selective in whom I will "friend". I make comments occassionally and I don't use my married or maiden name. To me, that is just being safer. Never comment on when we are going to be gone, and what little extra's we might have in our house. AND I never let on when my husband is on the road and I am home alone. You just never know. I have had my identity stolen 2x's about 6 years ago (before FB), so I am just alittle extra cautious.

But I do enjoy it. Get to keep track of my grandbabies and how they grow when you are not looking.

My son set me up on a Facebook account but to tell you the truth, I just don't remember to look at it. I really don't want to be "found" by people I lost touch with. If I did, I wouldn't have lost touch with them in the first place!! Every once in a while I go see what my kids and grandkids are up to but other than that I might as well not be on Facebook

To be honest I used to love Facebook but I stumbled on this site and now all my friends must think I fell off the face of the earth! lol
It's really a nice way to keep in touch though.

I'm addicted to the games on Facebook....
stay in touch with alot of ppl I had lost touch with, childhood friends and such....
just have to use some common sense and keep tabs on those privacy settings....
