I baked myself in the sun for at least 20 years and it shows, I look older than I am and believe me I have tried just about everything on the market, expensive to cheap and no improvement. I think the only thing that will help me is a plastic surgeon - but can't afford that. I am a happy person and have a good outlook on life and what you see is what you get, believe you me I have seen some horrible disfigurements and I have nothing to complain about. Be happy for who we are because we are all beautiful.

I'm a real sun-lover and if it ages me, well that's okay with me. If the sun is out then I'm right out there with it! My surgery was covered by my insurance because it wasn't for cosmetic purposes.

I like most of you have tried everything. My daughter started selling Mary Kay and I love their skin care. I use the Time wise moisturizer and I really love it. I tried their eye cream and thought it was good, but didn't love it. My health food store sells a brand called 100% Pure. They have an eye cream that is organic and has caffeine in it. It is truly amazing! It is like a cup of coffee for your eyes. I had always read to try an eye cream with caffeine in it, but thought it sounded crazy. It has really made a difference it the area around my eyes. If you have a health food store, they usually sell it there. My store sells it for $17.00, and it lasts forever. I always buy it for the young brides I know to use in the months before their wedding! They all love it!
Hope you find something that works for you!!

Yep, I am trying to cut down on chemicals, we are exposed to enough without smearing them on our skin. I swicthed to organic soap a couple years ago, I rarely have to even use skin lotion. My skin used to be so dry it hurt! natural soap did the trick. I use natural oils before bed and natural soap on my face. I am post menopause 7 years now and don't have a dry skin problem anymore.

Plastic surgery.
This is so true. My sister just had her eyelids lifted. They were so "saggy" that they were affecting her vision. My younger brother had the same thing a couple of years ago. Definitely something that runs in our family. :( My DH has the same issue with affecting his vision so I suspect he will have to have a bit of surgery to fix his too. It is a fairly simple procedure...day surgery, some bruising for a couple of weeks, and you have to wear sunglasses for the first week or so.
