I met them on the G-7 conference tour while stationed in Italy., He was much nicer than she was that was for sure...but I can say that Hillary and I have one thing in common....we both bought a cameo brooch from the same artist!

I rode in the elevator at the Plaza Hotel with Micheal Landon. He and his wife had been to the toy store. The same trip we also saw John Denver at the 4 seasons restaurant. Someone else was paying for the hotel and dinner at the restaurant.

When I was about 12 my girl scout troop went to Washington DC from New Jersey. We had our picture taken on the steps of the capital building with John F. Kennedy and Jackie. It was the year that he was to announce his cannidacy for president. We made the local 5 o'clock news.

I got Henry Mancini's autograph, a kiss from Tony Bennett (on the cheek), Mean Joe Green at my dental office, but the funniest was Tony Dow (Wally of Leave it to Beaver) He was in a department store buying underwear. I saw him as he was walking out and I was walking in. I asked him if he was Tony Dow and he said "Yes, but don't say anything because I almost got out of here with anyone noticing and I am late for the play I am in." He had the bluest eyes I have ever seen.

Ok now I know for sure my life is totally boring. I haven't met any one famous. Unless you count Patrick Swayze. I have no memory of it at all. My Dad told me his grandparents and mine were aquaintances in Seaside Heights. His had a summer home there, mine lived there all year around. We went to the beach together . I think we were about 3 , we were both born on the same day.

I met Sally Field while she was in Birmingham making the movie "Stay Hungry"; Donna Douglas (Ellie May of the Beverly Hillbillies)at Shocco while speaking at a women's retreat; and Lulu Roman (HEE HAW)in Athens while speaking at my aunt's church. Just recently, we were attending a show in Pigeon Forge, TN, we met Neal Sadaka-we were all standing in line to get our dinner. The one moment I will never forget-I did not meet her but got to wave to Queen Elizabeth as she left Buckingham Palace when I was 17 on my Senior Trip to England. I got her picture - that was enough for me!

I forgot tp mention earlier that I had met Jerry Lee Lewis for those of you who remember who he is. It was many years ago and it was in Kissimmee. fl long before Disney ever thought about being there. Talk about dating yourself.
