Ouch - so sorry you did that. An FYI - when I went to the doctor last week for a routine check up, she told me that unless I was sterilizing the needles each time, just before I stuck myself - and we do that often you know, I really needed to have a tetanus every 10 years to be safe. Well, now I am good for 9 years and 3 weeks. Might give it some thought everyone.

Isn't it amazing, in this day and age, that sewing machines don't come with all sorts of warning labels? "This is not a toy" "Keep fingers away from needle" etc.

LOL Not that a warning would have helped since I didn't even realize my finger was near the needle until it was too late.
