Well here's an update. Flooring and furniture is going to be covered BUT it looks like it will be at least 3 weeks before we can get the flooring in. That means no quilting until after that since i don't want to set it all up to take it all back down. I guess that also means the garage and my room will remain jammed with everything from 3 rooms.

Life is full of grand adventures, isn't it? I do soooo get the withdrawal issue!
You have my complete sympathy. My husband just fixed a leaking pipe in our rental home. It's taken several years and several false leads (and unneccessary fixes) to find the source of the leak - hope he really found it this time.

Oh my, I feel your pain. Something hung in the valve which kept the water from shutting off. That happened to us a few years ago. Luckily, I noticed it before the water had spread everywhere. It was an exhausting process vaccuming up water into the wee hours of the morning. Thank goodness I had a steam cleaner, and a wet/dry vac too.
