Flooding...
#31
We had foul weather warnings, including a tornado watch, but all we got was late March winds. DH & I did necessary shopping in the afternoon. But I'd spent the morning quilting, then more from 8 to midnight. DD is on a field trip with her pol. sci. class all week, therefore I can sew without bothering her studies or her sleep.
Hope to move plants out of the greenhouse this morning while it's still cool, then finish quilt top this morning. Next one in the line up has 62 different fabrics, mostly batiks, all cut and ready to begin sewing.
Trying to get a bunch of tops ready so I will have something to do post op next month. Have been advised not to sit, but standing with the new knee will be OK for short periods, so I'll have the long arm loaded and ready to go. The "rest" of the time will lie on sofa with ice on knee, and laptop on chest.

A good day to stay indoors and quilt!
How's your Saturday weather where you are at?

oh, dear -- good luck to each and everyone in the area -- we need rain here but not too much-- we have been bypassed with many of the rains that developed into big storms as they went northeast of us
