This year has been unusual everywhere. Here in So.E Pa. we have had the second hottest summer on record.

I feel your painl.
We live in RI and had severe flooding this year. we had to gut our entire basement. Lost everything down there. And we still have not been able to redo it due to lack of funds.....one day it will get done. We are so fortunate we did not have it as bad as others here.
