Freezing in Florida
#32
Well I stayed warm today. I never got out of bed or pj's hahahahah....I have the heat on but I don't like it too hot. I was hot in bed. I knitted on a cable sweater that I am doing for a friend and got the neck area done finally. Starting on the two sleeves now and then it's off to Arizona.

It's been on the cold side for more than a week here. It has been in single digits for the highs a few days and below zero at night. Winds up to 40 mph steady, not gusts. Today up to 12 but no wind. It was beautiful out. In Iowa you learn to live with it if you're not a chicken. LOL I don't mind it much at all. For real.

From Between, GA...........never got above freezing here today. I thought when it was so miserable hot this summer that cooler temps would be welcome..............but not feeling that way at these low temps. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR---get me another quilt.

we're new snowbirds, and a little near freezing weather doesn't scare us in the least. At home (Ontario) people are being stranded on highways, and roads are being closed. How can I complain here in Fort Myers?

At least in Minnesota we're ready for all types of weather because thats what we get! I know if I travel to pack t-shirts and sweatshirts all through out the year haha!
Hope you all are staying warm down south!
-7 this morning 2 above for the high! :) I actually am getting used to the cold!
Good day to get some quilting done :)
