We have lots of rabbits here in the country. I evenm put Alfalfa out at night so they can come out and eat. My cats and dogs leave them alone. Took a little yelling and training but good for them. In the morning I sit and drink coffee and watch them play. I love animals....Snakes...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I would have a heart attack if I stepped on snakes. I don't care how big they are. I think there is one by the small pond in my yard. I don't go near that pond right now. I should start feeding the fish, so I don't know what will happen.

I would too ! I hate snakes ! We get black snakes in our yard at times . I'm not tangling with any of them . There's a farm right behind us and his hayfield is next to our backyard . Snakes and smelly skunks . Annie

We had Kentucky Wonder Runners (green beans). They were so abundant I was harvesting early mornings and late at night. I got to where I knew which were ready the next morning and which I needed to leave. . . you know? sort of familiar with my green beans. One morning just about daylight I put my hand up really high to pull a few that I knew would be there and I got a little nest. It was about three inches long, elongated nest at that........and there was a S N A K E in that bad boy. I squalled all the way to the house and I left the beans for Uncle Gen. HE told me that it had been a hummingbird's nest. Well, my adventure in Kentucky Wonderville abruptly stopped. ain't gonna do no snakes.......quote me.
