    Default Happy Drinking............H2O!!

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body.
Two glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs.
One glass of water 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion.
One glass of water before taking a bath/shower helps lower blood pressure.
One glass of water before going to bed helps avoid stroke or heart attack.

    So Drink Up people!!

This was in a newsletter that I get from a sr. center.

I read the same article. I don't drink sodas or juices, just water and 1/2 and 1/2 coffee. I was glad to get this info!

I always hear you are supposed to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and I don't drink NEARLY that much. I would think by now I would have dried up and blown away.

I think they've retracted the 8-10 glasses a day theory, but I kind of like the thing about drinking a glass of water at the beginning of your meal - my girlfriend says it helps to make her feel fuller sooner, so she doesn't eat as much.
