I have never had a dog with a disability. I have 4 rescued dogs. The latest one Jake is a handful, but very loveable. I would suggest Worf (favorite character from Star Trek Next Generation). Jeanniebelle

My dog went deaf, and to get her to come in at night, I would just turn the porch light on and off. She picked up on that really quick.

I had a deaf dog. It is amazing how easily they adjust by themselves. Mine was able to hear at one time so it may be harder, but I think he will be fine.

What a cutie! I haven't read all 8 pages, so these may have been suggested already--Signer or Sounder (kind of tongue-in-cheek names).

How about BT, short for Boston Terrier.

Johann Sebastian Beethoven was completely deaf when he wrote his famous 9th Symphony. I think any of his name would be so appropriate. Beethoven would be my choice.
