Thank God for people like you who adopt from shelters. I have never bought from a breeder and always adopted from shelters. I agree with Opal Jane on the name of Keller (Kelly for short). Your new family member is a doll, cute as he can be!

You could call him "Rocky".........Rocky Stone was the founder of self help for the hard of hearing for people.

I apologize, I wrote to offer a name and got my famous composers mixed up a bit. Senior moment. (smile) I wrongly wrote: Johann Sebastian Beethoven when I meant to write
"Ludwig Von Beethoven" ...........Sorry Sorry Sorry!
I can't see that cute little dog named Ludwig but I can still see him called "Beethoven"...................

I don't know about training a deaf puppy, but take heart, people in my neighborhood trained a deaf great dane. He is a sweetie.
