He is a beautiful dog... I would imagine training a dog to understand signals would be challenging but entirely possible. I have trained our Lab to respond to signals but he had the advantage of getting verbal commands first. Good Luck with him.. hope to see more pictures as he progresses.

Congratulations! You are a wonderful person to open your home to a special needs puppy! I'm sure you will be paid back 200% with unconditional love and lots of licks! He reminds e of the Pokey Little Puppy too!
