Help me name my dog

can't decide a name, you are SO good taking him in.
I had a deaf pug but she was 3 when she came to me, and I didn't know she was deaf; I would use hand signals ----worked out by me ,and when we went out/to bed/to another room and she was asleep I would gently touch/stroke her /nudge her soft bed to wake her gently.
I did find however, if she were awake and I wanted to catch her attention I could clap my hands or shriek in a high pitch and that did the trick.
