I will be cooking a 13# turkey in the oven. I use the bags, but there is not enough room to cook the turkey and breast at the same time. I don't eat the skin so it's ok if it's not crispy. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Have you ever tried injecting the turkey? If not, it is absolutely wonderful. You can use whatever you like. I've done Italian Dressing, Citrus dressing and lemon pepper in mine and they are goooood!!
