And Kwiltykahy, I believe you are correct that it was Erma Bombeck who said that about get well cards. I have most of her books and loved reading her column in the paper for many years!

Sure it's hard to believe but when I go to someone's home I go to see who lives there. I don't compare my home to their's.....if it's a mess I don't catalogue it in my mind and run out and tell everyone if it was messy. I much prefer a home that looks lived in, has signs of life .....I visited a home once that plastic covering their carpet and every piece of furniture was clothed in plastic.....not my cup of tea.....
