Buy a cheap PILL PUSHER fr9om the vet.
It pops the pill down the throat as
soon s you get the Kitty to open her
mouth. Of course you have her rolled
and immobilized in a towel first. J J

Hilarious.....had to copy for one of my quilting buddies who told me earlier today that the Vet put her older cat on Valium for a month to try to break the cycle of Overgrooming, causing bald patches on his belly. Giving him the pills may cause her bald patches.

never tried to give a cat a pill...I just use vienna sausage for my dogs...I needed a good laugh...

Oh, how funny! Reminds me of the time my nurse friend and I decided we'd save a few dollars by giving my cat its shots ourselves. Ever tried that? A cat's hide is just like shoe leather!

My best advice? Spend the money for the shots!

OMG!!!! I can totally relate! Been trying to give the cat liquid medicine for days. Wiping white droplets off the red kitchen walls every moring. Finally told the cat to go ahead and be sick!
Cheeks hurt from laughing at this post. :lol:
