and in Dallas is germandeli.com!

I shop in Tulsa at Seigi's...or at the Air force base..but they do not carry as much German stuff as they used too..mainly only at Christmas, they get the candies/cookies/advent calendars.

My kids are 1/4 German. Their paternal grandfather was born near the Black Forest in 1903 and emigrated here in 1936 because he hated the politics at that time. He loved speaking German (which none of his kids or daughters-in-law could speak). So twice a year we'd take him to a restaurant that was owned and run by another authentic German. He served only real German beer and food. Yummy! My father-in-law said it was almost like being back home. He was such a nice man.

My great grandmother came to America alone at 16 years of age. She was an orphan. She married a German man 6 years later.

Natuerlich barbt, Unterhaltung auf so einem langen Flug hat man immer gerne. Wir treffen uns dann um 8 Uhr auf dem Flughafen, denn der Flug geht um 10.05 ab und landet um 7.30 Uhr in FRA?
