None yet, the day isn't over yet. I drink diet soda, about 2 a week, I do eat candy, especially some Easter candy and other sweets.

2 spoonfuls in my oatmeal, plus raisins, a piece of cake from my neighbor... no sodas, diet or otherwise, in this house.

Let's see I had just a cup of lite coffee this morning, no sugar and just a few spoons of 2% milk, no breakfast as I had a very early appointment at the othropedic dr. Came home and had lunch, toasted sandwich of sliced low sodium turkey with a little honey dijon mustard dressing, an apple, a slice of cheese and a few swigs of diet ice tea. That's no sugar at all, no wonder I feel like I need a pick up. Making myself a cup of fresh brewed tea, adding a little milk and an equal packet. Of course, there are no cookies, cake, etc. around to eat and that's why I've been so good, LOL! What I really would like is one of those MacDonald's Mocha Frappee drinks, wonder if they still make them during the winter. May in Jersey

I am not one that overindulges in sugar...but when DH is around with his sweet tooth, I often fall victim to the cookies or ice cream
