Someone has a great sense of humor.
I have to tell you all: women may be bad, but men are the worst about that and about the mess they make of a bathroom. I worked as a maid for four different summers when i was in college. One of my jobs was cleaning the rest rooms and there is just no contest when it comes to comparing the two.
I have another funny bathroom related sign to add:
