I've been going through these perimenopause hormonal swings. I found a free youtube video that is Yin Yoga for menopause and hot flashes. It was calming and soothing which helped me settle down for the night!

That's what usually wakes me up, around 4AM - hot flash. Otherwise they are not too bad. I was awake at 1:30 last night, did my usual, playing a somewhat boring video on YT and went back to sleep.
