Insomnia and I seem to be having a lot of it lately. Does anyone else have this problem? I go to bed when I'm tired and lay there awake and my mind wanders. Worried about my dd's upcoming wedding on the 8th, are the kids and grands okay, what to make for the rehearsal dinner and on and on it goes............. grrrrrrrrrr Guess I'll take my shower and go do my groceries............

Sometimes I have this problem. Tonight I am watching the approach of strong thunderstorms and possibly tornados.

I will say a prayer that you are all safe. I dislike storms too, and we are in for a bad hurricane season according to the weathermen.

Yes, I also have insomnia, but I don't want to get hooked on the sleeping pills, so I just stay up until I can't hold my eyes open anymore, but once a sleep, I sleep like a baby and I dare you to wake me up...LOL

I'm afraid to get hooked on sleeping pills, my dr told me to take benadryl but I don't want to do that every night either. The funny thing is I can sit here at the oomputer and doze off but once in bed i'm wide awake

Before I retired I worked many years on second shift and then I worked about five years on third shift. I don't know when to go to bed and when I do I can't sleep. I live on this computer! I think my working years ruined my sleep clock.
