I strongly suggest that you go back to the doctor and hand him a written list of all you've said here, along with what you eat, how long you sleep, and how you feel, especially the dizzy part.
You might need to adjust your meds. And I suggest also that you try to get some sun shine, withOUT glasses. We need sun light to remain healthy.

I don't really have so much energy; I just push myself hard. My biggest problem is not being able to say "No!" (especially to my family)

1) Do you mostly ENJOY all you are doing?

2) If yes, wonderful!

3) If NO, maybe you need to start saying "This is what I can do" - "I cannot do THAT"

4) Are you bragging or complaining? or is it a bit of both?

Just remember it is ok to say NO! Pick and chose what you want to do and what you are able to do. And enjoy life.

You are a blessing to your entire family. Staying busy keeps us young IMHO. Just don't overdo it or you may get sick unless you've always been like this (which I think may be the case).
