Just because a number or name or post may have been deleted from the Board - it MAY still be available out in Google-land (or any other search engine)
Be careful of what you put on ANY forum - or e-mails, too - with the electronic age, what was meant to be private - may not stay private.
This has been stated before - this is just a reminder - be AWARE of what you are doing.

I know first hand about how it is OUT there. I have had my name blackened in the cat world, world wide and have to live with the consequences daily. I have had hate mail from many different forums, (not this one) and even private hate emails and thru my website, not 1 person asked me what happened and I am not going to get in a slanging match to try to explain to people who don't want to listen. I am so glad I am a member of a forum like this one that uplifts not put downs.

I was taught that if you do not want to see it on the front page of the newspaper do not put it in an email or anywhere else on the net. That has always stayed with me.

There are websites that can pull archieved web pages from as far back as 20 years ago. I'm forbidden to post any links to them but you can find them using Google.

Yes very good advice. Also with all the camera phones out there watch what you do in public. You may end up on You Tube Originally Posted by Juliebelle
