    Unimaginative soul that I am, I used a name I used on a chat board years ago, a name taken from a character on a Mexican telenovela I watched. Alondra means "swallow" (the bird) in Spanish.

    name is obvious. I have 3 cats and once a year I go help my
    sister in North Carolina with her no kill cat shelter. I have
    always had cats and just love em to pieces. My CB handle was
    catwoman, but hubby says I'm more of a catlady, so thats my
    name now.

    I picked my nick when I joined a German forum and needed something that described who I am. I think I hit it. lol

    I'm of Irish heritage and I live in NY. Not very clever, but it's usually available when needing a user ID for online boards.
