I installed an electric dog fence--the kind that has the dog wear a 'zap' collar that activates if it gets too close to the fence. Then I decided to give it a trial run. I put the collar around my arm and approached the restricted area. I immediately decided I would not put a thing like that on the neck of a trusting little animal.

Oh, that was too funny. I had to wait to type this because I couldn't see for the tears running down my face. Just picturing a man sitting there thinking of trying it on himself had me rofl. Then the description of the results sent me into fits of laughing and crying.

Thank you for making my day a lot brighter with laughter. Way too funny. It is worse than trying to cross over an electric fence by puting your hand on the wire (this was attempted before the age of 10) and then presumably swinging your leg over the wire. Right up there with putting your finger in a light socket. However, your words were eloquent in their sincerity and truly humble. No doubt this will become the subject of discussion for many, many, many years to come. Did the words "Do not try this at home folks" every enter your mind? Guess not. I do sincerely hope that there was no long-lasting negative effects of your stun gun experience. Now the $100 question - would you recommend this apparatus to your friends for their wives? Just curious.
