Default Looking for clothes hanger cover pattern

Looking for a pattern for clothes hanger covers--- the kind that is placed over to cover the clothes and also the kind that has a zipper in it to hide money, etc. Anyone know where or what site I can find them? Thought they would make good Christmas gifts.

OK, I confess, I have made these in the past to coordinate my closet and bedroom. LOL, I would not do it again. But what I did is lay a coat hanger down on fabric, all a couple of inches all around and then sew. (Hangers really are different sizes depending on what they are made out of.) Make sire you leave a small opening for the hook part. You can make them as long as you want. The full length of a ball gown or short, just enough to keep dust off shoulders. You can also add decorative touches, buttons, lace ribbon etc. Hope that helps.

Good Old Days store has one for sale. I printed the page so I would have a picture to go by. Looks like you can use the pattern from aspoonfulofsugardesigns and just lengthen it. There is a zipper in the front to hold all your treasures. It's called a closet safe hanger. Make a nice gift too. Especially when traveling.
