when my throat bothers me, I suck on ginger drops I got at the health food store. If it gets really sore, warm salt water is the only thing that works ..

Gargle with a warm solution of salt water. It soothes the throat and the salt breaks down the membranes of the germs.
Make the throat feel so much better.

I alternate with the salt water and half strength peroxide water . Works for me , I actually think I get better relief with the peroxide water.

There was one on Pinterest last night. U used honey cayenne pepper(not much) and tow other ingredints.. You could do a search on Pinterest. It sounded pretty good. I usually just do warm salt water about every hour and that helps

He said that he'd have his patients do this and also take a swab to have it tested for strep. By the time the report came back, their sore throat would be gone. Has to do with the vinegar changing the pH of the throat/germy area. We've used it for years and my kids got to the point where I didn't even have to tell them to do it when needed....they'd just go ahead and do it because it really worked. be sure it's a good vinegar and start with less if it's too strong for you but usually isn't in a large glass of water.
I have actually used this remedy with amazing results!
