Don't even THINK about sending it to Rochester, LOL. We know your reputation as the snow capital of New York. It has never failed that the worst snowing and blowing we ever drove through was always on the Thruway through Buffalo. Be safe :)

I live outside of Chicago, Prediction here is 20+ inches. If I have electricity afterwards, I'll let you know if that held true. Supposed to be blizzard with wind up to 45 mph.

My sister and I planned to fly to Alabama on Wed, but I really don't think it will happen, just have to wait and see, I just came down with a cold too, nothing seems to be going very good here !!

It is nasty here in St. Louis. Freezing rain is falling right now at about noon. I was out in it, but there were very few people out driving around. I had to go in to work to get the church bulletin out a day early. Tomorrow is supposed to be worse here, so I went out. It took me a long time to clear off my windshield and windows. There was about a quarter inch of ice early this morning, and it is still coming down. I am home and plan to stay here for the duration.

Chicago is the target...how do I know??? The Weather Channel has both Jim Cantore and Mike Bettes reporting from here...

Anytime there is a hurricane or bad weather...these are the 2 guys that get the best/worst location.

We are getting up to 3" an hour. Wind is really bad. ABC news has both of the weathermen on, not just one.

To be honest I dont believe it. Will believe it when I see it. Too many weather men cry wolf too many times...
If it comes it does, if not... oh well.
You can sure tell I dont have to get up and go to work, if I did I would be grumpy as all get out!

oh Believe it! I wish this was the one time they were wrong.. But I have seen the beginning and it's not pretty.. I cleaned off my front walk at 1:30 and it already has snow filled back in from the snowing and drifting...

    Not gonna be good!!
