I've been keeping an eye out on it. They are predicting sleet & ice here on Tuesday with major wind chills on Wednesday.

I'm too young to be a Popsicle...

Ooohhh..that sounds dangerously close to us! I was hoping it would go by us....but then I hate to wish it on all of you that are east of here. Everybody stay safe and warm, and I hope you will all be comfortable at home! And have electricity to be able to sew and turn the crockpot on!

Hi there, how much snow have you had up in our great northern country. How are you.
We keep getting missed we did get about 7 inches of fluff no big deal in the last couple days but there is barely enough to go snowmobiling and that is a biggie in our area! I could use a good nor easter!! I don't even care if the power goes out! I have a treadle machine and a wood stove! It is pretty bla up here this year the last real snow we had was in Dec and it all melted!!

As of now, we are suppose to get rain... no snow. But the forecast tends to change minute to minute. Sure hope it doesn't snow. My commute to work is nearly 30 miles of hilly and curvy roads....in a rear wheel drive vehicle. Whew.... not fun at all.

    Ya'll be safe!

I have to check - been hearing about it, but also hearing "depends on how it tracks", although I don't know exactly what it will mean either way. Just hope it's finally enough for dh to plow and make some money!! This has not been the best plowing winter so far.

just talked to my daughter in Wichita Falls TX TX/OK border, and they are expecting blizzard conditions similar to Christmas in 2009. Several inches of accumulation snow and we may have ice down here near Austin on Wed!

The 11:00 news moved the line up to Cadillac and south on this side of the state. That means I'll get it. The west side of town gets more snow than the east. Go figure. I understand the snow belt created by the Great lakes, but why does it have to end a 1.4 miles east of my house?

Good Morning! St. Paul, Minnesota here. We have about 3" of snow on the ground here, I think, and we are in a weather advisory here until tomorrow AM. We are going to be having snow ALL day long. And colder until Friday! Oh, I am so glad we are almost done with winter. I am not complaining, I just get so tired of shoveling! We don't have any place left to put the snow. Our streets have gotten so narrow. People are starting to get a tish testy. Oh, well, as the old saying goes: "If winter is here, can spring be far behind?"

Have you noticed the grocery stores are selliing tulip plants, daffodils and hyacinths now - just getting us geared up for spring.

I hope the storm in your area isn't too bad. Edie
