I guess I am brain dead tonight. I couldn't figure out what Yard Saleing was. I thought it was something about "sailing." LOL Not until I thought about it did I realize oh, garage saling.

Well, as you know I have a two hour commute to and from work for a total of 4 hours in the car. I usually break down and stop and get a soda and something to munch on the way home. I stayed strong today and drove all the way home without stopping. It isn't much, but to me it was a big deal.

scrapngmom, maybe take a banana or fiber bar to eat on the road and a bottle of water to drink. That is a long time to be in the car every day. Bless your heart.

MJ, you will be at your 260 lb mark very soon. I'm proud of your success so far. Keep on doing good and you will be there before you know it. Sandy

You will do it just take one day at a time. If one day seems to hard take one meal at a time and one ounce at a time will be just a memory. I know you can do this.

That was great. My DH had a ride like yours for many years and he finely decided that it took longer to stop and grab something than just head home. Keep up the good work.

I used to commute like that.
My doc and I agreed that a hamburger happy meal was a good choice, when I picked the apples with caramel dip and diet drink instead of fries, etc.

Total calorie count:
350 and made me feel so decadent!
