What a pretty girl! And her white "nail polish" is very special. I'll be she is very happy to be the center of attention. She'ls obviously a good cat and will bring you many years of joy. Congratulations.

She looks like a quilt lover! Her Nibbs is a beauty with a very expressive face. Enjoy your new addition.

We had two once upon a time. They were left in the wild and my cousin captured them and brought them to us. They were so wild that we put them in a cage in our living room so they could get used to us. We would reach inside with gloves and pet and talk to them. One of them decided he wanted out and after hiding for a few days (in the house) he slowly let us touch him. The other one wanted out so we decided to do the same thing. Well, at the same moment, our son came home and the cat bolted through the door never to be seen again.

The one who stayed became very affectionate an we loved him so! He would come and go through the cat door. He was so beautiful and we named him Blue. Well someone stole him and we never seen him again. Our hope was that the two of them would meet some day. Such a sad story. But when my two are gone I'm going to look for another one. They are so terribly expensive. Maybe we can find one that is a mix and doesn't cost so much!

Good luck with Nibbs, she will bring you years of enjoyment. I envy you!

She's so cute. At least she wants to help you quilt! Sounds like she is keeping you on your toes and laughing at the same time.

She is very pretty. I have never seen a Russian Blue with a bib. I thought they were always a solid color.

Thanks for all the positive comments and ideas. The kick stick is new to me, so I'll have to make one soon. I'll try the foil on the counters, too. Nibbs always has mischief in her eyes! She's a nut and total comedian as someone said. Our home is now full of laughter and I have to tell you, it was pretty quiet (almost grim) before her arrival. She does talk and it is in "meeps" so far! She also eavesdrops on my husband's conversation when he calls and the speakerphone is on. Hello from Nibbs to all the other furbabies out there. Love the idea of a guinea pig in fabric. If any of you have a chance to get a Russian Blue...they are a delight but you need to have energy and consistent discipline. (Who'd have thunk it?) We were gifted from her from her First Family...we couldn't have been more fortunate! Thanks for the advice and sharing of ideas. I really enjoy the pet sharing we do here. Have a blessed Easter for those of you who celebrate the day.
