LOL, sewsewquilter, I think this thread has grown past my original request into recommends of good movies in general. And that's fine!

RedGarnet, no worries about my mood. In different moods, I'd probably like most of these!

The library tells me three of my reserves are in:
    Walk the Line
The Librarian: Quest for the ... (I forgot)
Saving Sarah Palin - sorry, Saving Sarah Cain, which I found online, not through this board. Has anyone seen it?

I am # 10 on the waiting list for Mamma Mia.

Rigoletto (not the opera), The Mighty Pawns (may not be on DVD), The Last Sineater, Mr. Holland's Opus to name a few that I really enjoy.

I enjoyed Saving Sarah Cain - Sarah's Amish sister died, and Sarah became guardian of her three Amish children.

"Oh," she replies in a dreamy voice. "So many movies, so little time!" Wish we could all get together for movie night with a little hand work!

I loved the movie 'August Rush' with Keri Russell...improbable but very uplifting and enjoyable.

Another one of her movies 'Waitress' is gonna be on tv this week or weekend but can't remember the channel.

warm quilt hugs, sue in CA
