More good wishes on your move! How exciting.

My oldest daughter and her son live in Hamilton, some south of Toronto, and they love it! It's so pretty and clean and the people are very nice.

I add my welcomes to Canada - I am hour and a half east of Toronto. Will you be close by. We have some great quilt shops!! Good luck with the move

Welcome to Canada! Where will you be living? I live in Manitoba. You will love it here (except for the high cost of fabric and maybe the cold winters!). You're coming at a great time of the year. Fall colours are gorgeous.

Good luck with your move. Not easy to be a displaced person. We are friendly here. From a quilter in Southern Ontario

Oh, Canada is a wonderful country. Hope everything goes smoothly and that you can get your new sewing area set up soon so you feel right at home!

I was in the Navy and moved multiple times. I loved exploring the new areas I moved into. Could not wait to settle down, now I am getting the itchy foot to travel. Sigh, lack of money keeps me grounded.
