I can't believe this ---I was reading wishing you were coming close to me and low and behold you will be just min away. Please after you get here -don't wait til you are settled -pm me . I would love to have a new quilting friend and I might be some help for you since we are retired. OH, I am so excited for you.
There is another member close also. We met a few weeks ago but I can't get photo from my camera to show everyone.

Lindsay also has a great quilt show..along with Peterborough,Buckhorn. Minden and Belleville :)

Bobcaygeon's show is Sept 12 & 13 , 2011 ---it's every other yr with Buckhorn. I will be working at the Tea Room in the Lawn bowling building

Hi Devon

I hope that your move goes smoothly and that you soon discover new Canadian friends that will get you involved in quilting and other activities. You might find things different for a while (We drive on the right side) and have some different names for things but all that aside we are much the same as our English friends.

Welcome

Gloria in Toronto
