It will be fine. While you are there, make sure you bake some salmon, put it on some baby spinach or lettuce, and get some Hines 57 English Dressing. I fell in love with it, and can only get it in Canada when my scrapbooking friend goes there to visit family.

Moving can be really exciting in that one can "start fresh" and make new friends. Maybe you can find some quilters and mix right in.

I have to add my welcome too. Having moved 19 times in 25 years of marriage, I know the stresses that you are feeling. But we're all here, ready to welcome you with open arms! My DD's inlaws have a cottage near Lindsay. It is a lovely area. I am about 2-2.5 hours west of you.

Welcome to Ontario! I'm sure you'll find us Canadians very friendly. I'm in Ontario too, way down in the southwest.

I moved last august and am not quite settled. a friend of mine who has moved multiple times says it takes about a year and a half to get back to your normal self. So be patient with wonderful you. and good luck.

Ha ha ha :o) - We actually spell it 'eh'. It's something we say that means 'don't you agree'. Like this Quilting Board is really fun and helpful eh? Devon will know she's been here long enough when she hears herself say it for the first time!
