Well, I hope someone doesn't identify my personality with my avatar. I had a once in a lifetime experience when I took that picture that I want to see it all the time. I even kept up the old calender that I got from the Lions Club (they thought it was great ) and used it for the year.

I too thought Chasing Hawks avatar was a bear, taking at a distance. Any picture taken of me I always have a weird look on my face, glad we can put what ever we want to put in it.

My avatar is in fact a squirrel. My husband found the picture on the internet. Now Luann and Callen you may need to get you eyes checked. I say that with the upmost love and affection.

I have affectionately named him Cool hand Luke. (the squirrel not my husband...LOL)

Chasing Hawk, I think Cool Hand Luke is an excellent name for your squirrel. I don't know your husband so I can't say if it would work for him, but what lady wouldn't want Cool Hand Luke for a husband?!

I too, thought I needed to get my eyes checked but every time I look at your avatar it reminds me of a bear leaning against something. Now, come on, look from a distance & I'm sure others will agree. You KNOW it's a squirrel but we don't (until now, anyway). I can't be getting that old that I can't tell a squirrel from a bear or could I???? LOL
Maybe it's because at certain times of the year we have bears coming into town here (because the government has cancelled the spring bear hunt) & we don't have squirrels here - that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it.

Lisa,
My husband is the last greatest loving man on this planet. I am truly blessed to have him with me.

Having a Cool hand Luke around isn't bad either.......he can to the aerating and thatching of our lawn and weed pulling. While my husband has more time to come up with fantastic ideas for date nights and goodies for my quilting and sewing rooms.
