aaaah, how cute! It's a Tuxedo cat. They aren't a specific breed but the tuxedo tells what color. We have two and they have the BEST personalities of any cat I've ever had! Ours were named for us. I looked at the picture of yours and thought: Mr. Higgins!!!! I have no idea why I thought of that!!!
