They're $0-69 at the pound. Zero when they're overcrowded. In the thirties if the dog is over 4 years old. Up to $69 for a pup.

I've seen some well groomed and ribboned toys. Some owners groom them before abandoning them in hopes they'll be adopted. Others are a mess but just need a little TLC. Good luck with your search.
