I really like the fact that the great folks (Patrice) are making the board better!!! Still all great folks, great topics, great pics, and what more could anyone ask. Change is good, it just takes a little time to get re acquainted with.

I like the Archive button at the bottom of the home page. Is quick and easy to see list of topics and because the color changes, I can tell which I've read. (Obviously, I liked that feature in the old format. ) Still getting acquainted with the new. I also like the general looks of the home page.

I just changed the color and size by replying in the "Quick Reply" box at the bottom of the page. Doesn't everyone have that box with all the icons listed? I don't remember doing anything different for that to appear.

Well, I am still trying to figure this out, and am still confused. We can still reply! I like that.

I don't really have an opinion yet. I need to take more time to actually see what's here. I know it's hard for some of us to except change but I'm willing to give it a try. Who knows, once we feel more comfortable with it we will appreciate all the work the board did to make this happen. I think we have to keep an open mind before making any rash decisions.

The only time I see icons such as bold, italics, font, etc is if I click on BB Codes. It shows me how to set it up, for example "[fodnt=courier]this text is in the courier font[/fodnt]", but doesn't give me the option of which font to use. What if I don't know what the fonts look like? Do I have a setting turned off, that allows me to make these changes?

Thanks for the pointers!!!

I like the fact that we live in America and have a choice to either come to the board and make it a good experience or, if one doesn't like it, they can choose not to come. If we lived in a communist country we wouldn't be free to voice our opinions and we'd have to do what the "leaders" told us to do. God Bless America. AND this board and the people that have worked so hard to make this better for us. Thanks to them and all of you positive people on the board.

I like the font that "Quilting Board" is written in.
