I do like the white background. I have retina issues and it's really easier for me to read.

It is much easier to do a post. No more brackets to indicate BOLD, italics, underlline, or other font changes such as style and color.

Yes, there are some points I'm not happy about, but figure I'll learn my way around sooner rather than later.

If I can't figure something out after 3 days, it is time to move on. I religiously read the board before the change. It was easy to figure out. This new board is just too difficult for me. With my fibromyalgia I don't need any more stress. Sorry.

What if I don't know what the fonts look like? Do I have a setting turned off, that allows me to make these changes?
Probably. In your General Settings, the Message Editor Interface needs to be set on Enhanced.

If your web browser allows you to use this feature:
1. Click on settings
2. Click on General Settings
3. At the bottom of the page Select Enhanced Interface
4. Click on Save at the bottom of the page

I like this setting too since I can now set my font and color different from yours when I reply to your post with quotes.
Makes it so much easier to read who said what.

I didn't have that at first, but read a suggestion on changing setting to "enhanced interface". I did that and it opened up a new world of fun options and made posting photos much easier.

Go to settings--top right; then to general settings--scroll down list on left. Now scroll to Misc settings and check enhanced interface. See below----Make sure to save changes.

Miscellaneous Options

Message Editor Interface:
• Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing
• Basic Editor - A simple text box
• Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls

Really? You can't come up with a single thing you like?

I like that the designers are responding to user comments. Now that I found the mobile setting so the font size is reasonable ( I access via my iPad mostly) I'm doing a lot better. I too like that some of the forums have subsections. I am not finding basic navigation any more difficult than before. Haven't looked at some of the advanced features yet but suspect they will be interesting and good.
