Healing thoughts to your hubby. Those staph infections will knock him down but he will beat it.

Thank you for updating us!! I will pray for you and your husband.
I have dealt with shoulder pain, shoulder surgery and then an infection after surgery, twice!!! Though mine was much more minor, I did not have to be admitted, just 7 days of going to hospital for antibiotic drip w/7 mos of antibiotics the first time and this time I am on my 7th month of antibiotics with 9 more to go. Mine was much more minor than what your DH is going through!!!

Tell your DH that we are all praying for both of you. And I am glad to hear that you are getting a few breaks. You can't take care of him if you don't get to take care of you!

Craftybear, I had no idea you and your DH were going through something like this. This must be one of the most difficult times for you. I always say that "Getting old ain't for sissies". I will be thinking of you and praying for you and your DH. I am thankful that you have friends and family for support, it is so important to take care of yourself at this time. I hope you and your DH get back home soon. You are truly missed.

Craftybear, I do hope everything goes well with your husband. I hope he returns home soon and life can get back to some normalcy for you both. Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you and your family.
