I worked at the hospital today so I had lunch and dinner there. They put out a great Thanksgiving meal. I had turkey and all the trimmings for lunch and ham for dinner. Lots of desserts too. I'm stuffed.

I had a nice serving of homemade Lasagna and garlic cheese bread.

And for dessert I had two pieces of Italian creme cake. Yummy!!

In our excitement about the Lasagna we forgot to open the wine.....LOL

Dinner was wonderful this year. Hubby and I deep fried a turkey at his parents, everyone loved it. I didn't overdue, but did bring home some pie for later

No belt let out here--elastic waistband!! (Feels like it's stretched to the max!)

All of our kids & grands came here on Mon. night for our Thanksgiving meal. It was sooo gooood! But way too much was prepared. Ea. of the 4 kids took left overs home ande we still have plenty of food in the fridgfe. Today DH & I met my parents at a Casino & had a wonderful buffet lunch. It was great. But....I am so tired of over eating (no will power) the Turkey & trimming type of food. Ready for some fried fish or something. LOL

I couldn't stop eating mashed potatoes. :) :) :) :)
I went to work today & kept my pants unbuttoned. It's a good thing the top is long enough to cover it.

I finally figured it out.. Take stuff and go to a daughter's house... that way you don't have to prepare everything and you don't eat too much either.. Just get up and go check on something.. then help clean up.. everyone's happy and I didn't eat much at all..

You all didn't get the message to wear pants with stretchy waists? Make sure to make notes for next year!
