They unbolted the arm of the machine and bolted the grinder onto the base. I am guessing that he can still use the drop head feature and store his grinder but this is not right......

The least the moron could do is make the grinder treadle operated. :roll:

I agree looks like the machine base is still there. Changed the handles on the drawers to. The power cord is so out of place looking. It is so definitely wrong on many counts.
