My favorite is machine embroidery; but I knit and crochet. Used to decoupage years ago. I knit while watching TV; am currently knitting a baby blanket for my DGD to give as a gift for a charity through her bank. I am also crocheting potholders to give for little Christmas gifts.

Omg....I love to do anything that's hand on. I sew, quilt, scrapbook, make all my own cards, jewelry, crochet, I used to make all the kids' doll clothes, I made some dresses for the girls when they were little(bit I don't care to much for making clothes), but anyways, making magnets, decoupage, wood working( love to use the scroll saw).
I can't just do one hobby. I switch them all up so I can do some of everything. I make scrapbooks for my kids every year. This year they want to make them by themselves so I'll just get them each a kit so it's easy for them.

From time-to-time my other crafts include crocheting afghans, hand embroidery, cross-stitch, garment sewing and photography. Most of my time, however, is spent making quilts. Over the years I have made baskets, too. I really enjoyed that, but when I got divorced and moved into an apartment I just couldn't take everything with me so I got rid of my basketmaking supplies. I kept all of my fabric and sewing supplies!!! There was NO WAY I was ditching those!!! He might have kept the big house and nearly everything in it, but I kept my special things. 8-)

I used to love to do cross stitching. My hands just won't let me anymore thanks to carpel tunnel. I do love decoupage, sewing home dec things, and just making things with DGD. Can't wait til DGS gets old enough to understand how to to things.

I used to cross stitch but can't see well enough now. I had a ceramic business for many years but that is a dying craft - at least around here - and I had to give it up because I was no longer able to lift the molds. I have always sewn though and kept coming back to it, mostly clothes, until a few years ago when a friend talked me into quilting! Now that is a true friend who helps find you a new addiction!
