if it still bubbles on blood or an infection, then it's still good. yes, it will disinfect your toothbrush. also your....well, never mind. but a lot of stuff.
it does expire, and you can tell when it stops bubbling.

I hadn't known that about the bubbling. I'm naive enough to think it expires when the date on the container says it does. 8)
