Playful wild hair colors

I have my hair streaked blonde, but have fuschia streaks on the right side and in the bangs. If I part it to one side, you don't really see it, if I part it the other way it's really visible. I have young people tell me all the time that they love my hair. I have it done at the hair dresser.

LOL my hair color changes every day...just gets grayer and grayer! I'm 67 and have never colored my hair. I'm waiting for the day it will turn white like my grandfather's. It was such a beautiful color. Oh and Jan...whatever tickles your fancy!

hair color
My older sister is in her 70s, and recently had her hair done in some lovely colours at the hairdresser. She is very pleased with the outcome. I have been white for many years, and quite happy to stay that way. I would strongly recommend that you get your hair done professionally. Trying to attach a photo, hopefully it works.

There are tons of options on Amazon - I've used three of them - red, blue and purple. I chose ones that would wash out after 4-6 weeks.
The colour was gone by the end of three weeks - that was my only disappointment. Otherwise, they were loads of fun, and I did it myself.
I would warn you to NOT rinse your hair out in a white bathroom hahahaha ... I learned that fast (and the hard way). If you do it yourself (it's not hard at all), rinse your hair in the kitchen sink. I had to scrub red dye off my white bathtub - it came off easy enough, but not something I had anticipated on doing!

Thought I'd mention, a friend of mine has little extensions put into her hair every couple of months, little bits of purplish metallic shiny bits. They hold up just fine with the washing and brushing and such, but you need to redo due to root growth.
If you want to play with the look and chalk isn't the answer, maybe a few temporary clips can be fun:

I've been letting mine go natural since covid started. I last had a cut and color last year in September for my 50th high school reunion. The front bang area is now very light/white, and everything else is mousey brown, dull gray. i've been toying with the idea of a temporary dye for the front, but afraid of the "temporary" part. We once used a temporary burgundy on my son's blond hair, and that took months and a few cuts to get rid of it all! We do need pics if you proceed!
