I have you all beat! I'll be 82 in another 5 months and still spending a lot of my time in my sewing room, at the computer and trying to stay out of trouble. As my DH used to say, 'Live fast, love hard and leave a beautiful memory!' and I'm trying!

I turned 49 last November. Never thought I'd get to be this old. Makes me sad to think my life is half over already because it's just getting real good. I have a beautiful grandson that I just can't imagine not being there for. Does everybody go through this about this age or is it just me?

I guess I never really thought about turning 50...until it happened and my darling hubby woke me that day chanting, "Happy Birthday Honey!! AARP DAY!! WOOHOO!!" He was so jazzed to be able to get the discounts available at the ripe old age of 39!! (three years ago!) |

Right side of the grass, I like that. I am now 71, and as I tell others, It is a privilege denied many.
