I'll be 51 next month, and it still seriously shocks me! In my head I should still be in my early/middle 30s! Except my oldest will be 31 next month, so I guess I can't be. lol!!
It doesn't really 'bother' me, it just seems unreal still to me.

I've been very lucky in that I've had no illnesses, take no medicines, and have no aches since I've learned not to sit on my foot.

I became a grandma at 42, and now have five from my kids! And on Sunday I'm going sledding with them all! lol!!! :) :)

I'll be 62 Jan 21st. I have a few gray hairs (used to have more in my late 20's but when got pregnant at 31 and started taking prenatal vitamins they all disappeared and just started coming back couple of years ago. Also my sis who is 7 years younger has 5 times more wrinkles....she complains and I just smile and say "Fat has it's priviledge....this skin is too damn tight to wrinkle."

I have always said I am proud of my gray hairs and have worked hard to get every one of them. My 2 dd's are 30 and 36. The 36 yo has 12 yo son and 16 mo old daughter. I give thanks to the Lord every day that I get to enjoy them all. Still work full time and told my boss that I am not going to retire...no matter how old. I am 911 dispatcher at local Police Dept and I said some day I will be wheeled in in a wheelchair and when I croak, they can pry my cold dead hands off radio myke.

I'm another of the young ones - I'm 24, married 5 years next month, have a 2 1/2 year old son, and have been quilting almost two years now.

I lost my mom 7 years ago, and it THRILLS me to see so many women so stinking PROUD of their ages! There is nothing better than another birthday to celebrate, another year to remember, and (of course) another quilt to make!

I have a year on you, I'm 67 and a half? Do halves count at this stage of life? It will be 68 in May, doesn't feel like it though.

Just adding on to my other info... age 75 years, married 54 years to same man, 3 adult children, 6 grandchildren, slightly grey, feel like 65... that is so good... but things change when I don't have a good day with arthritis... but mostly good.

I'm proud I made it as long as I have! So if you want to know, just ask. (I think God's angels were working overtime for me, as I have survived a car accident and cancer.)

I'm only 38 years young! I love that we're all so proud of our age. Way to go, ladies and gentlemen!
